This Site is operated by White Bureau W.L.L, registered with the Trade and Companies Registry of Bahrain under the number CR 113713-01. The present terms and conditions are susceptible to modifications on the part of White Bureau W.L.L at any moment without prior notice.

1. PURPOSE
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Sales is to determine the rights and obligations of both parties, exclusively because of the relationships they initiate on the internet, with respect to any online sales of Products offered on the Site. They apply to all the steps necessary to place the order and ensure the follow-up of such order as contracted between the Parties. By confirming the order, the Client acknowledges having reviewed the present terms and conditions of sales and expressly declares accepting them in their entirety without any reserves. These terms and conditions of sales shall prevail over any other conditions stated in any other documentation, the purchase act implying the acceptance of these terms and conditions of sales. The Client acknowledges being perfectly informed that its approval regarding the contents of the present general conditions does not necessitate a handwritten signature of this document.

2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND AUTHENTICITY
White Buro products available for purchase online include ready-to-wear and accessories. All products are subject to availability. We guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased through White Buro online. White Buro products are crafted with the highest quality materials, design, and workmanship. The products are intended for personal use by the user, and not intended for the latter's professional use.

3. HOW TO PURCHASE
Depending on availability, purchases are made directly through white-buro.com.
The information formulated by the Client at the time of taking the order shall bind him solely: in case of errors in the wording of the recipient’s address and telephone number, White Buro will not assume any responsibility with regard to the impossibility of delivering the product.

4. PRICING
Prices displayed on the White Buro website are quoted in BHD (Bahraini Dinars) without shipment cost. When shipping internationally, the shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes which are payable by the client. White Buro is not liable for additional costs related to customs that may occur.

5. PAYMENT
White Buro accepts only the following forms of payment for online purchases: for Bahrain - Cash on delivery or BenefitPay; for GCC - Cash on delivery. White Buro reserves the right to refuse any order placed online or to cancel any order by a Client with whom a dispute related to the payment of a prior order is pending.

6. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please inform us within 24 hours on our contacts, or else your order will be final and cannot be canceled anymore.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for any items damaged during transportation or theft. If there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately within 48h after receiving the product else the order will be considered accepted.

8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because the White Buro products are exclusively made for our clients, all items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged.
